The short version
GlobalXess is the public brand of Global Premium Telecom B.V., a Dutch licensed carrier headquartered in Ermelo (NL) with a Swiss presence in Zug. The brand launched in January 2025 to bring decades of underlying engineering work direct to enterprise customers, with Systematix Solutions as the long-running technology partner.
Where the engineering comes from
Since 1992, the Systematix Solutions team has built and operated telecom platforms used by carriers worldwide, including white-label arrangements where the GlobalXess team's software runs the network of providers you may already be a customer of. The same team designs, builds, and operates the GlobalXess platform today.
In other words: the platform is older than the brand. The lineage is what makes it carrier grade.
What we sell, and to whom
DID, Freephone, Mobile, SIP trunking and SMS connectivity in 150+ countries. Our customers are CPaaS, UCaaS and CCaaS providers, multinational enterprises, financial-services back offices, healthcare integrators, retail and consumer brands, and other carriers buying capacity from us under wholesale arrangements.
If you need someone who can speak both "voice quality MOS at peer X" and "EECC notification at regulator Y" without context switching, that is the audience this company was built for.
Milestones
- 1992: Systematix Solutions team starts building international telecom platforms.
- 2010s: Several white-label deployments at telecom providers worldwide; KvK 71556966 issued for the operating entity.
- January 2025: GlobalXess brand launched as the direct-to-enterprise face of Global Premium Telecom B.V.
- 2026: Live coverage in 150+ countries, AI-Enhanced Call Quality Monitoring on every active route, exhibitor presence at GCCM Berlin and ITW Washington.
How we work
- Direct human contact. Every customer has a named account manager. AI assists, AI does not replace.
- Real catalog data. The country and product pages on this site read live from the catalog. The "verified at" timestamp on every leaf is when we last refreshed the data.
- Honest coverage. If a country is not on offer, it is not in the sitemap. We would rather say "not yet" than ship a fake catalog entry.
- Transparent posture. KvK, VAT, regulator, security disclosure path and editorial review are all linked from the footer.
