Carrier posture

GlobalXess is the public brand of Global Premium Telecom B.V., a Dutch limited company registered at KvK 71556966 with VAT identifier NL858761567B01. The entity is notified to the Dutch regulator ACM (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) under the Dutch implementation of the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC). Numbering is administered in line with ITU-T E.164 across the markets we cover.

Where we serve customers in countries outside the Netherlands, we do so through licensed local interconnect partners. Public offers are routed through that licensed footprint and reflect what we can actually deliver, not aspirational coverage.

Engineering lineage

The platforms running under GlobalXess were originally built by the Systematix Solutions engineering team, which has been delivering carrier-grade telecommunications platforms internationally since 1992. Several large telecom providers worldwide currently run on platforms our engineers designed and continue to maintain. Some operate fully white-label.

The GlobalXess brand was launched in January 2025 to take that decades-long engineering output direct to enterprise customers, with the same team behind it.

Public surfaces are explicitly scoped: catalog pages, the read-only coverage API, and the marketing site. Customer portals, billing systems and provisioning APIs are out of scope for unauthorised testing.
