globalxess.com (this "Website"). They cover the
informational pages, the case studies, the blog and the contact / sign-up / event
forms. They do not cover the commercial relationship that arises
when you place an order in the customer portal at
portal.globalpremiumtelecom.com;
that relationship is governed by the Master Services Agreement and any signed order
form.
By using this Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do
not use the Website.

GlobalXess, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce

# 3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of it. In particular you agree not to:

- introduce malware, viruses, Trojan horses or any other harmful code;

# 5. Form submissions
When you submit information through the contact, business sign-up or ITW follow-up
forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to
submit it. Submitting a form does not in itself create a contract: it triggers a
follow-up conversation. Any commercial contract is concluded separately in the
customer portal or via a signed order form.
We use form submissions to follow up on your enquiry. The full processing terms
(lawful basis, processors, retention, your rights) are in the

# 6. No warranty
The information on this Website is provided "as is" for general
informational purposes only. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we
make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the
completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the information,

Statements about coverage, pricing, performance or roadmap on this Website are
indicative and subject to change. They are not part of any commercial contract unless
they are repeated in a signed order form or in the Master Services Agreement.

revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct
or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch mandatory law. The
liability we accept under our commercial telecom services is governed by the Master
Services Agreement.

Where this Website links to third-party websites or resources (for example, the
Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, ITU-T, IETF or the customer portal), we have no control
over them and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may
arise from your use of them. The presence of a link is not an endorsement.
# 9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of
or in connection with the use of this Website shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Rechtbank Gelderland, location Apeldoorn,
without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in the country in which
the user resides.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date in
the sidebar always reflects the date of the current version. Your continued use of
the Website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
